Thursday workshop

Jude's talk

Many thanks to Jude for her workshop yesterday evening. I don’t think any of us (who were there) will ever look at a Tim Horton’s cup or paint chip in the same way again!

Thursday Workshop

Thursday, April 25th. 7-9pm, St Marks.
For members only.

Join Jude Wilner for a fun workshop as she discusses the definition of sensuality and explores new and different ways of using it in our writing.

SATURDAY WORKSHOP

UPCOMING WORKSHOP, SATURDAY, April 13th 10am-3pm
St Mark’s. Members only

This is going to be a great workshop, so make sure you mark it in your calendar and come along!

In the morning…

MOTIVE, MEANS AND OPPORTUNITY – with June Baxter.
Not a Criminal How-To, but definitely a way to look at your character and all the reasons that make him act. You already know the who and what. This workshop is designed to help you understand the why. And get it across to your reader.

And in the afternoon…

ROUNDTABLE FEEDBACK OPPORTUNITY
Bring 15 copies of the first 2 pages of any scene to share with the group. You can submit your pages anonymously, if you want. The session will be lead and moderated by one of ARWA’s critique groups, and guidelines for giving feedback will be provided before the session begins. This is a great opportunity to share your work in a safe environment and support your fellow writers.
