ARWA is delighted to introduce both members who will be participating in this year’s When Words Collide conference in Calgary August 8-10th, 2014 and also other ARWA sponsored panels.

Members activities include sitting on panels, offering workshops and reading at the ARWA Social, held in the Yorkshire 1 room at the Carriage House Inn, on Friday evening, 8-11pm.

You must be registered with the conference to attend workshops, but the social is open to members of the public. Please join us and check out our group and the programs we offer to aspiring and published authors.

Jessice is ARWA’s current president. She’s been a member for about three years. Jessica says, “ARWA helps me maintain focus and I get ideas and learn craft skills. I participate in the Writing Challenge Groups which gives me feedback on my current projects.

Jessica has published three novellas, a collection of short stories, five novels over 100,000 words each and recently added Julian’s Chance to her credits as part of the ARWA publishing venture.

In addition to presenting the character portion of the Monochrome or Texture workshop on Friday morning, she is appearing on or moderating the following panels. Alpha-Beta Romance Heroes, Self-Publishing Venture, Writing Groups, For Love of the Craft?
